That's purely a formulation convenience — the medication, its FDA-approved uses (pneumonia, urinary tract infections, skin infections, complicated intra-abdominal infections with metronidazole, and febrile neutropenia), and its precautions are the same as plain cefepime.
The same neurotoxicity concern applies here as with standard cefepime: confusion, altered mental status, and seizures have been reported, especially when the dose isn't reduced appropriately for a patient's kidney function — kidney function is checked before and monitored during therapy for exactly this reason.
