Tyzavan is a ready-to-use premixed IV bag of vancomycin — the same drug covered on RxHelp's main vancomycin page, supplied here pre-dissolved in solution rather than as a powder vial a pharmacist reconstitutes and dilutes by hand. Hospitals use premix bags for routine, weight-based dosing to skip a compounding step and reduce preparation errors; a powder vial may still be used when a dose falls outside the bag's fixed strength or a custom concentration is needed.
