What is the typical cost of AzaSite without insurance coverage?

The standard retail price for AzaSite is approximately $293.27 per 2.5 ml of 1% solution when paying out of pocket. However, actual prices can vary between pharmacies. Using a discount card or coupon program may reduce your cost. It's worth checking multiple pharmacies or using price-comparison tools to find the best available rate in your area.

How much will I pay for AzaSite if I have insurance?

Your out-of-pocket cost depends entirely on your specific insurance plan and its coverage details. Some plans cover AzaSite fully or with a copay, while others may not include it. Contact your insurance provider directly to learn whether AzaSite is covered under your policy and what your coinsurance or copay would be. If your insurance plan does not cover AzaSite or if your copay is high, discount cards or coupons available through various pharmacy programs may offer a lower alternative price at participating pharmacies.
